Privacy policy

Escondido Brush Clearing is a referral service. We connect property owners with independent local contractors. We do not perform the work ourselves.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form or use the quote assistant (chat), we receive what you type: your name, phone number, address or neighborhood, property size, any message, and whether you ticked the box to get text messages. When you call or text the number on this site, our phone provider logs the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and the content of any texts.

Who we share it with

Because Escondido Brush Clearing is a referral service, the point of collecting your details is to pass them to an independent local contractor so they can contact you and quote the work. Your form details are sent to that contractor, and calls and voicemails are passed to them. The contractor is a separate business; once they have your details, their own practices apply.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

Call recording

Calls to the number on this site may be recorded by our phone provider, for quality and to confirm that calls were connected. You will hear a notice at the start of the call when recording is on.

Text messages

We only text you if you tick the "Text me from Escondido Brush Clearing about this request" box on the form, or text us first. Ticking the box is optional and isn't needed to send a request. Texts are only about your request, for example to confirm we received it or to pass on a message about it.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
• We will not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing. Your phone number is still passed to the contractor handling your request, as described above.

Services that handle your data

This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions. Our phone provider handles calls and texts. The site does not use advertising trackers.
